ABOUT THE COMPANY
Bekemblock autoclaved lightweight concrete blocks are a contemporary energy-saving building material. Due to its unique properties, it provides 3 times more thermal insulation compared with traditional bricks, which reduces energy and construction costs. Bekemblock autoclaved lightweight concrete block is an ideal choice for modern construction projects where both quality and cost-effectiveness are important.

Durability
Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) is manufactured only at large-scale production facilities and delivered to the construction site in the form of ready-made blocks. It is impossible to produce autoclaved aerated concrete in a makeshift or artisanal setting, as its manufacturing requires simultaneous control of dozens of processes and parameters. Autoclaved aerated concrete is produced in accordance with the modern GOST standard from 2007 — GOST 31360-2007 — as confirmed by product testing protocols. AAC also has a quality certificate, so the customer can be confident in the proper quality of the product.
Thermal Insulation
The density of aerated concrete and foam concrete directly affects their thermal insulation properties. The denser the material, the lower its insulation performance. Autoclaved aerated concrete has superior strength and thermal insulation characteristics compared to non-autoclaved materials, while also being lighter in weight.
High Strength
Cellular concretes are produced in various densities ranging from 400 to 800 kg/m³, with compressive strength classes from B1.5 to B7.5. The most commonly used density is D600, and at this density, autoclaved aerated concrete has a compressive strength class of B2.5.
Environmental Friendliness
Autoclaved aerated concrete is a completely eco-friendly and breathable material. Homes built with autoclaved aerated concrete maintain a consistently comfortable indoor microclimate, similar to that of wooden houses. AAC is made from mineral raw materials, making it completely resistant to decay. Moreover, its ability to regulate indoor humidity prevents the formation of mold and mildew.
Fire Safety
Bekemblock autoclaved aerated concrete does not burn and has a high fire resistance rating.
Energy Efficiency
The energy-saving potential of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) blocks is determined by their thermal conductivity coefficient and thermal regulation capacity. Owing to their porous structure and relatively low density, AAC blocks significantly reduce heat loss, ensuring a stable indoor climate throughout seasonal variations. Structures built with AAC materials demonstrate reduced annual thermal energy demand, resulting in lower operational costs and compliance with modern energy efficiency standards, making them an optimal choice for sustainable and cost-effective construction solutions.
Frost Resistance
Autoclaved aerated concrete has one of the lowest thermal conductivity rates — 0.135 W/m·K. The lower the thermal conductivity of a building material, the less heat a home will lose during cold weather. A house made of aerated concrete will retain heat longer, helping to reduce heating costs.
Ease of Installation
Autoclaving significantly enhances the strength properties of aerated concrete. It is possible to securely attach not only cabinets and shelves to autoclaved aerated concrete walls, but also water heaters, air conditioners, and ventilated facades. These facades can be made from lightweight composite materials or heavy porcelain stoneware.
